From the beginning, the team was organized, attentive, and communicative. They provided us with a clear schedule, stayed on top of all the moving pieces, and most importantly, stuck to the schedule. The project moved quickly, the crews were professional and respectful of our property, and the job site was kept neat and clean throughout construction. James, our project manager, did a fantastic job managing the day-to-day work, keeping everything moving, and making sure our questions and concerns were addressed. Mike Molina was also very involved and did a great job overseeing the construction of our summer kitchen, which came out beautifully. A special thank you to Mike Matos and Brandon Smith, the owners, who were excellent throughout the entire process. They were accessible, accommodating, and clearly committed to making sure we were happy with the finished product. Nikki Smith was amazing in handling the permitting process and keeping that side of the project moving, and Holly and Tanya were wonderful to work with on the design and interior design aspects. The workmanship throughout the project was excellent, and the finished product speaks for itself. The pool and entire outdoor living space came out absolutely beautiful. Sunnyside delivered what they promised, communicated effectively, addressed things as they came up, and made what could have been a stressful construction project a very positive experience. It really was a team effort, and Sunnyside has put together a great group of people who care about their work and their customers. We are extremely happy with the result and would absolutely recommend Sunnyside Luxury Pools to anyone considering a pool or outdoor living project. Five stars, without hesitation. We wanted to give a shout out to Sunnyside Luxury Pools. They transformed our backyard into a beautiful oasis and did it all in 3 months and a week. We could not be happier. They installed a pool, hot tub, extended roof, summer kitchen, sidewalk and screened in our lanai. We love our new space and cannot recommend them enough. Whenever we encountered issues, they addressed them immediately. Throughout the process their communication was great. If it were possible to give 10 stars I would. Sunnyside Luxury Pools did a fabulous job on my pool. They worked to make the design fit my budget, had a decorator help pick the details, and came in 6 weeks AHEAD of schedule!! Every person who came and worked on the pool was professional, kind, friendly and nice. It was a pleasure to work with their team, subs and crews. I couldn't be happier with the result. If you are looking to put in a pool don't talk to anyone else this is who you should go with!
